After successful completion of the three years you could leave us. You will take with you a BTS from IGNOU, a Certificate of Proficiency issued by The Oberoi Group, three annual transcripts of achievement and a letter of completion.

As STEP graduates, you are also eligible to compete for admission to the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD) leading to a first Executive posting with the company. Having been associated with Group for 3-4 years and thus familiar with its workings, you stand a very good chance of being accepted.Those STEP applicants who apply for OCLD and are unsuccessful may be offered employment in hotel operations as non-executives in another hotel that has a suitable vacancy. Thereafter, you could be promoted to the supervisory level and further to executive level based on your potential and performance.
