The career path through OCER
 
You will start as an OPERATIONS ASSISTANT or SUPERVISOR, depending on the hotel. These are some of the levels in the hierarchy of the hotel.
 
 

Afterwards, your advancement up the pyramid will depend on:

  • Your performance
  • Your potential
  • Availability of opportunity
 

Later, you may be able to enter the Executive level in one of two ways.

First, if you are performing really well, you might be nominated for a promotion.

Second, you could appear for selection for one of the three programmes at OCLD.
