Curriculum The overall structure has three stages:
Each stage consists of a 14-week full-time block at OCLD followed by a period of professional experience in one of our hotels, of between 12 and 20 weeks. About half of the OCLD-based curriculum consists of modules of Professional Studies that are specific to one particular programme. The remainder are modules of business, management, languages, and general studies that are common to all programmes.
