- Guest Service Management - GSM
| GSM focuses on careers in two main
guest contact departments. F&B Service and Front Office. Graduates
from this programme could one day become General Managers in our
hotels. |

of a hotel. Graduates from this programme could one day become
Executive Housekeepers in our hotels. |

this programme could one day become Executive Chefs in our hotels.
