A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.
Guests are requested to cancel reservations within the stipulated period as per the hotel policy. A no-show or late cancellation received shall invite retention including taxes as applicable. The credit card that was authorised while making the reservation will be charged.
As the cancellation policy may differ for some rate offers and room categories from the hotel’s standard cancellation policy, kindly review them carefully while making the reservation.

One child under 12 years’ age (Deluxe and Luxury room ) and up to two children under 12 years' age (Premier room and Suites) can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)
Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on the following dates:
