Tables are arranged under arches and columns decorated with Islamic eightpoint stars, with views that encompass the hotel’s manicured lawns and the Red Sea. The Restaurant serves Indian, Western, Oriental and Pan Asian cuisine.
The Pergola is a relaxed, poolside dining space, whose lunch time menu features cuisine from the Mediterranean and Far East. It spans a white, domed structure with columns adorned with Islamic eight-point stars, and a wooden framed dining space, closer to the beach and sea breezes.
Zaafran is a stylish, fine dining space ornamented with skyblue columns and a silverleaf ceiling dotted with tiny spotlights that glitter like stars. Arched windows overlook the courtyard as a traditional musician entertains guests from upon a stage. Zaafran serves Indian cuisine and is open for dinner.
The Bar features an exquisite indoor space rich with Spanish marble and polished wood, and an outside, canopied area caressed by the evening breeze. Guests can relax with a signature Martini, classic cocktail, iced tea, flavoured shisha or Cuban cigar, while enjoying views of the courtyard and pool.
