Conveniently placed close to the restaurant and opening onto a fire-lit lounge area with rich leather armchairs, our two meeting rooms are named after famous figures in Shimla's colonial history: the Viceroy, Lord Curzon and author, Rudyard Kipling.

In keeping with the hotel’s colonial charm, these rooms are decorated with antique lithographs of English manor houses and lit by candelabra style chandeliers.

We also offer a private dining space for business or romantic dinners.

Benefitting from the fresh air and temperate climate of the Shimla valley, this smart, colonial townhouse is an excellent venue for professional meetings or small conferences.

Our two meeting rooms are located on the lower ground floor of the hotel. Both have convenient access to comfortably furnished lounge areas that serve well for breakaway discussions or coffee breaks.

Lit by a spectacular chandelier, decorated with lithographs and carpeted from wall-to-wall, our meeting rooms also maintain the classic style of colonial Shimla.

Situated on the quiet lower ground floor, our two meeting rooms are fitted with heavy wooden doors that cut any possible noise disturbance from outside. Well-lit, they can also be blacked out should guests wish to use a projector. We can provide a projector unit and screen, or a 32” LCD television. A DVD/CD player, a laptop, a LaserJet printer, a fax machine and a copier are also available.

Food and beverages can be served inside the meeting room, in the adjoining lounge area, in our main restaurant or in the private dining area.

The Curzon and Kipling Rooms can comfortably seat up to forty people each. They are well-lit, well-ventilatedilated and conveniently located on the lower ground floor, close to the lobby and lifts.

Both rooms are nearby a fire-lit lounge area that can be used for relaxing during a break. The restaurant can also be easily accessed and tables arranged to seat groups together for lunch or dinner. We can also accommodate up to eight people in the private dining room.
