Located on the lower ground floor of the hotel, our formal function rooms afford spectacular views of the surrounding cedar forests.

Lawrence Hall can be used in its entirety or divided into two separate function rooms, and has an attached, chandelier lit pre-function area for drinks and snacks. The adjacent, independent Auckland Room is suitable for smaller meetings.

Our Rippon and Lytton Halls suit high-level business meetings, while the Lutyens Hall is perfect for personal events or corporate dinners.

Guests can take advantage of our Lawrence and Lutyens Halls to create a bespoke event that their family and friends will never forget. Project home movies or photo collages that will entertain all, before enjoying a sumptuous dinner in a private dining room, replete with intimate table arrangements, crystal chandeliers, a roaring open fireplace and fireside sofas.

Our colonial style, formal meeting rooms are perfect for senior level meetings and small conferences.

With a seating capacity of twelve to fifteen people and expansive views across the forested Himalayas, the Auckland Room is excellent for hosting small, senior level meetings, whereas Lawrence Hall, with a capacity of 110, is more suitable for conferences.

Rippon and Lytton Rooms, secreted away amongst cavalry paintings and heavy wooden furniture, open onto an exclusive pre-function area. Both of these rooms comfortably seat eight.
