A wide selection of international cuisines is available to guests in the hotel’s three restaurants and one bar, each with a very distinctive character.
Le Jardin, our all day dining multi-cuisine restaurant which serves Indian and Western favourites. The restaurant also offers thematic dinner buffets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings which are extremely popular.
The restaurant offers an ala carte all day menu alongside a lavish buffet for breakfast and lunch.
Le Jardin, meaning 'the garden' in French lives up to its name with its large French windows overlooking the lush landscaped gardens and water body. Its rich teak wood flooring , stately colonial pillars lends it a vintage charm. By day it is awash with sunlit hues from the garden and by night its takes on a friendly and lived in vibe.
The restaurant is extremely well loved and also hosts a great Sunday Gourmet Lunch.
This award winning restaurant reflects the best of new age Chinese cuisine which is high on flavour and texture. The elegant interiors look onto the serene view of a gurgling waterfall, viewed through sheer curtains of gossamer gold, while the furnishings are of muted beige and cream, perfectly matched with its rosewood tables and flooring in clean lines and art deco form.
Another great attraction of this place is its two private dining rooms, each having a capacity for 8 people. Each room converts in your own private restaurant enriched with silk paneled walls with Chinese inscriptions and a fine collection of black and white photos from China.
Signature offerings being fried lotus stem in sweet chilli sauce, silken tofu stir fried with shitake in Szechwan sauce. The lobster stir fried in Chongqing sauce, the whole snapper in kenshao sauce and sweet and sour pork.
Dim sum Lunch
Lunch takes on a flavourful and healthy touch with our famed dim sum lunch. A wide variety of these dumplings are offered along with the soup of the day and the chef's choice dessert.
This award winning restaurant offers the best of Thai cuisine. A beautiful alfresco restaurant nestled amongst raintrees, bamboo groves and tropical gardens, Rim Naam, rests upon a lily pond with a sweeping view of the greens. By day it is fresh, breezy and a washed with subtle sunlight and a spectacular view of the manicured gardens. At night it is romantic, quaint and dotted with flickering candles and infused with the subtle aromas from the frangipani shrubs.

The Polo Club offers live entertainment in the evenings in terms of a wonderful solo band who strum your favourite tunes each evening amongst flickering candle light and quaint lamps. True to its name, the walls are adorned with vintage photographs of the Raj era depicting scenes from the stately game of Polo.
The bar also doubles up as a perfect venue to meet up with a few friends or colleagues for an informal drink and fine cocktails or over gourmet teas, perfectly brewed coffees and some delicious tea time specialties from our Boulangerie.
