Terms & Conditions

• Accommodation is subject to availability.
• Meals will be served in the restaurants.
• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or travel agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Third room complimentary

• The complimentary 3rd room is on room only basis including taxes.
• Bookings on this offer can be made for a maximum of 6 rooms including complimentary rooms.
• Length of stay for the complimentary room will be equal to the length of stay of the paid rooms.
• The check in and check out dates should be the same for all the rooms.
• All rooms, including the complimentary room, should be at the same hotel.
• All payments, including accommodation charges, are to be made directly by the guest at the hotel, even if the booking is made through travel agent.
• The offer is not applicable for meetings, conferences or any other event related function.
  

Children room complimentary

• Complimentary children room is on room only basis including taxes.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations if cancelled between 15 and 8 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
• Cancellation of reservation received within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked.
• Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within 15 days to 8 days of arrival date will incur room charges for one night.
• Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within seven days of arrival date will incur room charges for the reduced number of nights.
