Session with Miniature paintings
Visit to the renowned Ranthambore School of Painting. The workshop begins with a brief talk about the history of miniature paintings. Guests get to see these traditional paintings and other craft items being made and can partake in the same themselves.

At The Oberoi Vanyavilas, we have our very own herb garden and a variety of fruit trees. Taste the choicest pickles, chutneys and preserves crafted from fresh and natural ingredients plucked from our chef's personally nurtured gardens.

The spice talk is followed by a cookery class on the choicest of Indian Cuisines.

Outdoor Experiences

Visits to the old forts
Early morning trek to the Ranthmabhore fort, one of the oldest structures in the country with a guide. An interesting feature is the practice of the government postman delivering mails to the deity of the fort Lord Ganesha from people seeking his blessings. A very unique photographic moment.

Picnic trip to the Balas Wildlife Santuary
Balas is a wildlife sanctuary near Ranthmabhore which has been recently opened up for tourists. A half day picnic safari is an interesting option.
