• Accommodation is subject to availability.
• Meals will be served in the restaurants.
• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or travel agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Complimentary additional room for children

• Complimentary room for children is on room only basis including taxes.

Child Policy

• Wildflower Hall is located in mountainous terrain. For reasons of safety, it is not suitable for children below 10 years. Therefore, as a policy we do not accept reservations for families travelling with children below 10 years.
• One child between 10 and 12 years of age can stay in parent’s room without any charge.
• Two children between 10 and 12 years of age would require an additional room.
• Children between 13 and 17 years of age would require an additional room.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations if cancelled between 15 and 8 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
• Cancellation of reservation received within 8 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked.
• Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within 15 days to 8 days of arrival date will incur room charges for one night.
• Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within seven days of arrival date will incur room charges for the reduced number of nights.
