• Booking is subject to availability.
• Any change in Government taxes will be communicated and levied accordingly.
• All rates will be charged in Indian Rupees.
• Spa appointments need to be booked well in advance to avoid non availability of sessions.

Child Policy

Wildflower Hall is located in mountainous terrain. For reasons of safety, it is not suitable for children below 10 years. Therefore, as a policy we do not accept reservations for families travelling with children below 10 years.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations if cancelled between 30 and 8 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
• Cancellation of reservation received within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked.
• Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within 30 days to 8 days of arrival date will incur room charges for one night.
• Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within seven days of arrival date will incur room charges for the reduced number of nights.
