Terms & Conditions

• Offer is valid up to 31st March, 2013.
• In case the room is on double occupancy, only one guest will be entitled to avail the qualifying stay.
• A minimum gap of 24 hours is required between check-out and check-in at the same hotel for the stay to qualify for the offer.
• Qualifying stays are not transferable.
• Offer includes accommodation for one night or two consecutive nights (as applicable) in a standard double room and is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Offer excludes stays made under itinerary based offers (Exotic Vacations, Exotic Honeymoons and Oberoi Family Vacations), industry rates, tour and incentive groups, complimentary stays and airline crew.
• All extras are to be settled directly at the time of check-out.
• Lost and stolen holiday certificates cannot be re-issued.
• Complimentary stay certificates are meant for one-time use only and are non-returnable.
• Complimentary stay certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We have limited room inventory allocated to this offer. It is subject to availability at the time of processing the reservation under this offer.
• Please specify at the time of making a reservation that the booking is for "Oberoi Advantage" offer.
• Please present the complimentary stay certificate along with your Oberoi Advantage card at check-in.
• It is incumbent on qualifying to request for complimentary stay certificates and booking within the stipulated validity period.
• Room reservations for the complimentary stay can only be made once the certificate is issued to the guest. It would take minimum 48 hours to issue the certificate after the request has been made through www.oberoiadvantage.com.
• The Complimentary stay certificate will lapse if not utilized within the validity period.
• Oberoi Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms and conditions of this offer.
