Terms & Conditions

• Rooms are subject to availability and prior reservation.
• The Oberoi Advantage offer cannot be combined with any previous or future offers.
• In the event of force majeure circumstances, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter the terms and conditions of this offer.

At Oberoi business hotels in Mumbai, New Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Kolkata:

• Offer is valid from 1st April to 30th September, 2011.
• In case the room is on double occupancy, only one guest will be entitled to avail the qualifying stay.
• Offer excludes tour and incentive groups, complimentary stays and airline crew.
• A minimum gap of 24 hours is required between check-out and check-in at the same hotel for the stay to qualify for the offer.
• Qualifying stays are not transferable.

At Oberoi leisure hotels in Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ranthambhore, Shimla, Bali, Lombok, Mauritius, Sahl Hasheesh and Cairo:

• Offer includes accommodation for two consecutive nights in a standard double room and is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• All extras are to be settled directly at the time of check-out.
• Lost and stolen holiday certificates cannot be re-issued.
• The Oberoi Advantage holiday certificate can be used for redemption only at the hotels mentioned.
• Holiday certificates are meant for one-time use only and are non-returnable.
• Holiday certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Please specify at the time of making a reservation that the booking is for "Oberoi Advantage" offer.
• Please present the holiday certificate along with your Oberoi Advantage card at check-in.
• It is incumbent on qualifying to request for holiday certificates and booking within the stipulated validity period.
• The complimentary holiday will lapse if not utilized within the validity period.
