1. At The Oberoi Vanyavilas, accommodation is in a Luxury Tent.
2. For The Oberoi Vanyavilas, pick up and drop is from Sawai Madhopur railway station.
3. All rates will be charged in Indian Rupees.
4. Hotel credit can be used against food, beverage, spa, car rental or any other service provided by the hotel.
5. Hotel credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Hotel credit has to be used during the stay period.
7. Hotel credit cannot be used against room changes.
8. Hotel credit is offered if required numbers of nights are consecutive in the same hotel.
9. Meals will be served in the restaurants.
10. The following cancellation charges will be payable, depending upon the day on which the notice of cancellation is received:
    1. If notice is given more than 15 days before the arrival date no charges are levied.
    2. If notice is given between 8 days to 15 days prior to arrival date, one night retention will be charged to the credit card.
    3. If notice is given less than 8 days prior to arrival date or in the case of no shows, full amount will be charged to the credit card.
    4. Amendments will be permitted only based on availability. This may attract extra charges.
11. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

General Terms & Conditions

• The offer is subject to availability.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other existing or future offer.
• The complimentary 3rd room is on room only basis including taxes.
• Bookings on this offer can be made for a maximum of 6 rooms including complimentary rooms.
• Length of stay for the complimentary room is equal to the length of stay of the paid rooms.
• The check in and check out dates should be the same for all the rooms.
• All rooms, including the complimentary room, should be at the same hotel.
• Additional room for children shall be applicable on all rooms, including complimentary room except for Wildflower Hall where additional complimentary room for children is not applicable.
• Offer is valid only if booked through Oberoi Contact Centre (voice or email) or a travel agent.
• All payments, including accommodation charges, are to be made directly by the guest at the hotel, even if the booking is made through travel agent.
• The offer is not applicable for meetings, conferences or any other event related function.

Wildflower Hall is located in mountainous terrain. For reasons of safety, it is not suitable for children below 12 years. Therefore, as a policy we do not accept reservations for families travelling with children below 12 years.
