- Complimentary room is subject to availability. Black out period may apply.
- Complimentary room is subject to a minimum of 8 paid rooms per conference, meeting or event at any one particular participating hotel and to the satisfactory full payment of all charges due for the conference block.
- Each multiple of 8 paid rooms per conference gets a complimentary room. As an example, a conference block of 16 paid rooms would get two complimentary rooms additional.
- Complimentary room is on room only basis. Any additional charge incurred during the stay has to be paid by the guest directly at the hotel.
- Complimentary room cannot be exchanged for cash or for anything else.
- Complimentary room can only be availed of at the participating hotels.
- The length of stay of the complimentary room will be same as the paid 8 rooms conference booked.

- Complimentary room is limited to a maximum of 2 adults on twin sharing basis and child may only be permitted as per the policy of the hotel, subject to additional charges as may be applicable.
- Complimentary room voucher has to be utilized in a single stay. Any unused room night(s) will not be carried forward or transferred to some other person.
- Any no show or late cancellation will render the complimentary stay as utilized.
- Lost or stolen complimentary room vouchers will not be issued again.
