Terms & Conditions

  1. Subject to availability of rooms under this offer.
  2. Meals (as specified in the offer) will be served in the restaurants.
  3. The amenities / services mentioned in the offer are to be used during the same stay period and will not be adjusted against cash. These are non transferrable.
  4. The following cancellation charges will be payable, depending upon the day on which the notice of cancellation is received:
    • If notice is given more than 30 days before the arrival date no charges are levied.
    • If notice is given between 8 days to 30 days prior to arrival date, one night retention will be charged to the credit card.
    • If notice is given less than 8 days prior to arrival date or in the case of no shows, full amount will be charged to the credit card.
    • Amendments will be permitted only based on availability. This may attract extra charges.
    • During the period 16th to 30th November, 2012, 90 day notice is required to avoid any retention charges.
  5. All rates will be charged in Indian Rupees.
  6. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  7. The offer is not applicable for meetings, conferences or any other event related function.
  8. Offer is valid only if booked online or through Oberoi Contact Centre (voice or email) or a travel agent.

Third room complimentary

  1. We have limited room inventory allocated to this offer. It is subject to availability at the time of processing the reservation under this offer.
  2. The complimentary 3rd room is on room only basis including taxes.
  3. Bookings on this offer can be made for a maximum of 6 rooms including complimentary rooms.
  4. Length of stay for the complimentary room will be equal to the length of stay of the paid rooms. In case of an early departure of either of the paid room, the complimentary stay period will be applicable for that length of stay only. For the remaining nights 'Oberoi Special Rate' will be applicable.
  5. The check in and check out dates should be the same for all the rooms.
  6. All rooms, including the complimentary room, should be at the same hotel.
  7. All payments, including accommodation charges, are to be made directly by the guest at the hotel, even if the booking is made through travel agent.
  8. The complimentary room type offered shall be the same as the paid room type. However, if it is not available, the guest will be informed at the time of booking and he may choose from taking the lower category room (free of cost) or can choose to upgrade to a higher category room type by paying the upgrade supplement.
  9. Offer is valid only if booked through Oberoi Contact Centre (voice or email) or a travel agent.
  10. The offer is not applicable for meetings, conferences or any other event related function.
