  • The sweepstake is valid when guests stay at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India featuring the special offers listed below:

  • The guest must present their Emirates Skywards membership number at the time of check-in to participate in this offer
  • The offer is valid for stays booked from 1st to 31st March 2018, with check-in and check- out until 31st March, 2018
  • Only eligible stays shall be considered for participation
  • An "Eligible Stay" shall mean one hotel stay for one or more consecutive nights at an Eligible Offer at the same participating hotel regardless of the number of times the guest checks in or out during that stay.
  • An "Eligible Rate" is the rate of the Special Offers mentioned above at the participating hotels booked directly through Oberoi Hotels & Resorts website or the Oberoi Contact Centre. Guests are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes based on reservations made via a travel agent or individual, wholesale/tour operator. Other non-eligible rates include airline crew rates, travel industry employee rates, group bookings, conference and incentives, events, government, special discounted stays, discounted long stays, banquets, club membership fees, gift vouchers, employee rates, barter, and complimentary rooms
  • Employees and family members of the employees of EIH Ltd and EIH Associated Ltd will not be allowed to participate in the offer
  • Guests will earn quadruple Skywards Miles: base Miles 500 + Bonus Miles 1,500 for their stays during this period
  • In the case of double occupancy in any room or suite, only one guest will qualify for the sweepstake
  • In the case of multiple rooms reserved and registered under a single name, the person under whose name the offers/rooms are booked will qualify for the sweepstake for all the rooms
  • The guest will automatically qualify for the sweepstake upon check-in, if booked under the above mentioned offer and validity period. In the event of cancellation of booking or the guest being a no-show at the hotel, he/she will not be eligible for the sweepstake
  • The draw will take place on 24thApril 2018, where three winners each receiving 40,000 Skywards Miles will be announced
  • The Skywards Miles will be credited to the guest's Emirates Skywards account within 3 weeks
  • Skywards Miles are non-transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered
  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone on the contact information provided at the time of booking. The name of the winner will also be published on the offer page
  • The Skywards Miles will be credited to the Guest’s Emirates Skywards account within 3 weeks.
  • The Guest is solely liable and responsible for any and all applicable taxes on the prize.
  • Oberoi Hotels & Resorts (hereafter: The Company) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice or withdraw the offer without any liability on its part
  • By participating in the offer, it would be deemed that guest has given permission to the Company to contact them via phone, SMS or email for the purpose of announcing them as the winners
  • By participating in the offer, each guest represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws and that all information provided by them about themselves is true, correct, accurate and complete, and hereby consents to the collection, storage, transmission and processing of such information at such locations in the world as the Company may deem fit
  • Guests will need to, at the Company's request and free of any charge, participate in promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receipt of the prize. Guests consent to the Company using their name and image in any promotional material
  • The prize redemption request is subject to validation, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by the Company and complete compliance with these terms and conditions. In exercising this right, the guest may be required to provide a document (copy of passport, PAN number or driving licence) as identity proof. If evidence does not confirm the details then the Company, in its sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the guest
  • The Company is not responsible for the quality or service offered by the airline. Travel on the airline will be subject to the airline's conditions of carriage
  • The Company's decision shall be final in all matters relating to the draw and no correspondences will be entertained
  • In case of any dispute, the decisions of the Vice-Chairman and the CEO of The Oberoi Group will be final and binding
  • Disputes of any respect should be sent in writing to the Senior Vice President- Marketing, The Oberoi Group. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against the Company. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts ("Disputes") arising out of the Offer shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the management of the Company in accordance with the Arbitration and the Conciliation Act, India, 1996.
  • The place of arbitration shall be Delhi and the language used in arbitral proceeding shall be English. Subject to the dispute resolution procedure as set out here in above, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter in relation to the Offer
  • By taking part in the offer, the guest acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to the terms and conditions
  • Guests agree to receive promotional materials from Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
  • The sweepstake draw is subject to laws as applicable in India
  • Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.

Terms and Conditions

  • With this partnership, Emirates Skywards members will earn 500 Skywards Miles per eligible stay.
  • With the 4X Skywards Miles promotion, Emirates Skywards members will be eligible for additional 500 Skywards Miles per eligible stay at participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts for bookings and stays until 31st March, 2018.
  • Emirates Skywards members will receive additional benefits at each property depending on their tier status subject to availability as mentioned above.
  • Skywards Miles can be earned by the member on additional rooms booked if:
    • The member is staying at the same time as the additional guest/s
    • All rooms are reserved and registered in the member's name; and
    • The member pays for all rooms
  • The additional benefits are not extended to additional rooms and are exclusively for the member only, except in the case of double occupancy wherein the additional benefits can be availed by the member and the second guest in the same room.
  • Emirates Skywards members should provide their membership number at the time of booking or check-in to receive Skywards Miles.
  • Members who fail to provide their membership number prior to or during their hotel stay will have six months to submit a retroactive claim for Skywards Miles.
  • Bonus Miles may be awarded as per the terms and conditions outlined for specific promotional campaigns.
  • An "Eligible Stay" shall mean one hotel stay for one or more consecutive nights at an Eligible Rate at the same participating hotel property regardless of the number of times the member checks in or checks out during that stay.
  • An "Eligible Rate" is any hotel published room rate booked directly through Oberoi Hotels & Resorts brand website or the Contact Centre and contracted Corporate Rates. Members are not eligible to earn Skywards Miles for reservations made via a travel agent or individual wholesale/tour operator. Other non-eligible rates include airline crew rates, travel industry employee rates, group bookings, conference and incentives, events, government, special discounted stays, discounted long stays, banquets, club membership fees, gift vouchers, employee rates, barter, and complimentary rooms.
