      • All reservations would need to be guaranteed by a 100% advance payment.
      • The hotel team will send out a secure payment gateway link for the transaction.

      Check in and Check out Policy:

      • The check in time of the hotel is 14:00 hrs. For arrivals prior to 09:00 hrs, you are required to reserve your room from a night prior. For arrivals between 09:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs, a confirmed check in would be at a 50% charge.
      • The checkout time of the hotel is 12:00 hrs. Late checkout can be extended till 19:00 hrs at a 50% charge. Beyond 19:00 hrs it would be at a full day charge.

      Cancellation Policy:

      • Reservations, cancelled 90 days or more, prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of 1 night for the rooms cancelled.
      • Reservations, cancelled between 90 to 60 days, prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to 50% of the estimated room billing for the rooms cancelled.
      • Reservations, cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to 100% of the estimated room billing for the rooms cancelled.
