Chef Vincenzo, our resident Italian chef originally from Naples, joins hands with Chef Adriano from Vetro, The Oberoi, Mumbai who has a culinary style typical of Rome. Notwithstanding their nativities, both chefs stake claim to their territory- the kitchen.

Chef Peter Yuen from USA is an award winning pastry chef, official trainer for the German National baking team and top ten best Bread Bakers in America nominee among other felicitations. He will conduct specialized classes on Laminated and Artisan breads.
Chef Anil Rohira from Switzerland, is the Corporate Pastry Chef at Max Felchlin AG Switzerland. Among other accolades he has been the distinguished judge at World Pastry Team Championship USA. He will conduct sessions on Entremets and Chocolate application during the conclave.
Ms. Kriti Walia from Germany, is renowned to create beautiful, elegant and stylish bespoke wedding cakes. Some of her discerning clients include Cartier, Tiffany and Kontrast.
