As per UAE law, all guests including children are required to present original, valid ID (UAE National ID) or Passport in order to have smooth check in.
Upon check in, guests are kindly requested to present the same credit card used to make the reservation. If the same credit card is not available, the deposit amount will be refunded to the card, and a different card/payment method will be required.
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.
From May to September: Free Cancellation will be provided 7 days prior to the arrival date, Full night charges will be applied in case of cancellation after the cancellation period.
From October to April: Free Cancellation will be provided 14 days prior to the arrival date, Full night charges will be applied in case of cancellation after the cancellation period.
Guests are required to take extra rooms for additional persons more than the maximum permitted occupants of the rooms, suites and villas.
Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)
Meals are complimentary for children below 6 years of age. For children above 6 years of age, 50% of the meal plan (Breakfast or Half Board) will be charged.
Outside food, shisha, parties and party embellishments are not permitted in the rooms, suites and villas.
Rooms, suites and villas are exclusive to our resident guests only. Resident guests are welcome to host visitors at restaurants and bar.
We recommend guests keep balcony doors closed in the rooms, suites and villas to prevent insects from entering. Please note that air-conditioning will switch off automatically when balcony or terrace doors are open.
Inflatable floats are not allowed in the main swimming pool. Villa guests can use them in their private pool.
