Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check in - 1500 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out - 12 Noon Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

As per UAE law, all guests including children are required to present original, valid ID (UAE National ID) or Passport in order to have smooth check in.

In order to comply with UAE Government regulations and restrictions for public places, such as the swimming pool, beach, restaurant and gymnasium, the resort’s facilities are not accessible to guests prior to check in and post check out. It is mandatory to wear a mask from the moment you arrive in the resort.

 

Guarantee Policy.

Upon check in, guests are kindly requested to present the same credit card used to make the reservation. If the same credit card is not available, the deposit amount will be refunded to the card, and a different card/payment method will be required.

 

Cancellation Policy.

Guests are request to cancel reservation within the stipulated period mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.

28th March, 2021 – 11th April, 2021
  • Free cancellation will be provided 21 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Full night charges will be applied in case of cancellation after the cancellation period.
01st October, 2020 – 23rd December, 2020
11th January, 2021– 27th March, 2021
12th April, 2021– 15th May, 2021
  • Free cancellation will be provided 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Full night charges will be applied in case of cancellation after the cancellation period.
01st August, 2020 – 30th September, 2020
16th May, 2021 – 30th September, 2021
  • Free cancellation will be provided 07 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Full night charges will be applied in case of cancellation after the cancellation period.

Occupancy Policy.

Guests are required to take extra rooms for additional persons more than the maximum permitted occupants of the rooms, suites and villas. Valid Government IDs must be shared mandatorily for all occupants of the room in order to check in.  

 

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

Meals are complimentary for children below 6 years of age. For children above 6 years of age, 50% of the meal plan (Breakfast or Half Board) will be charged.

Other Policy.

Outside food, speakers, shisha, parties and party embellishments are not permitted in the rooms, suites and villas.

Our villas are equipped with a beautiful compact self-service pantry comprising of a microwave, refrigerator and a toaster. Any type of cooking equipment including gas burners are not permitted in the rooms, suites and villas

Pets are not allowed in the resort. Kids’ scooters and bicycles must be driven on the buggy driveway only.

We recommend guests to keep balcony doors closed in the rooms, suites and villas to prevent insects from entering. Please note that air-conditioning will switch off automatically when balcony or terrace doors are open.

Inflatable floats are not allowed in the main swimming pool. Villa guests can use them in their private pool. The standard swimming pool temperature is maintained between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius as per global standards.

Rooms, suites and villas are exclusive to our resident guests only. Visitors are not permitted in the resort in the current situation of the pandemic.

Spa Policy.

The Oberoi Spa is for the exclusive use of our resident guests only.
