The pool front bar with instrumental music in the evening offers a choice selection of wines, spirits and cigars. Sip on a “Sahl Hasheesh Dew” or a glass of Moet while the sun sets over the Red Sea.

Or two for tea...whatever the occasion. The Bar is the perfect place for morning and afternoon tea. Treat yourself to High Tea with home made cookies and cakes.

The Perfect Dining Experience
The Restaurant has commanding views of the sea and offers an a la carte menu of International and Oriental cuisine for dinner. It is possible to dine alfresco here, to take advantage of the stunning fairytale appearance of the resort's illuminated domes after dark. An inner courtyard open air option also adds to the dining experience. A children's menu is available at dinner.

The First Meal of the Day
The Restaurant is open for breakfast dailyfrom 7 a.m. Sample our selection of freshly baked pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juices and freshly brewed coffee or tea as well as our legendary a la carte selection of hot choices.

Operating hours: Breakfast - 07:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Dinner - 07:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Pergola is an incredibly romantic spot, located by the beautiful swimming pool, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Red Sea. It offers a light menu of salads, pastas, pizzas and snacks as well as exotic cocktails and desserts throughout the day. It also operates in summer according to a set schedule for dinner featuring a Grill menu. A children’s menu is available at lunch

An Indian Feast
Food and flavours are like sounds and tones that combine to make the language of food. At Zaafran, our chefs are fluent in all the dialects of Indian cuisine, delivering mouthwatering dishes that create a sensory delight. Using a traditional clay oven – the “tandoor”, bread, meat, fish and vegetarian recipes dating back to yesteryears are given a contemporary twist. Elegantly styled in shades of blue and silver, Zaafran features eclectic Indian cuisine.

The 40 seat restaurant has a cozy and romantic ambience. Live performance of the Oriental takht complements the dining experience. The restaurant is open for dinner only.

Your Own Private Dining Room
Operating round the clock, should you have a specific request for items not on the menu in your suite, we will endeavor to accommodate your request. Items from the Restaurant menu are available during lunch and dinner. A la carte prices are applicable for breakfast orders in the suite.
