The Oberoi Vanyavilas

The annual census of tigers and other animals at Ranthambhore to be conducted by the Government of Rajasthan has been scheduled. The following will be the impact on the jungle drives:
- 16th till 24th May, 2013 – The morning drive will start not before 7.30 a.m. instead of 6.00 a.m. There will be no impact on the afternoon jungle drives.
- 25th May – Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve will be completely closed and no Jungle Drives will take place.
- 26th May – Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve will be partially closed and jungle drives will take place only in the afternoon on this day.
The Forest department responsible for conservation of wildlife has placed a restriction on the number of visitors to the park on a daily basis. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your jungle drive in advance.
