Policies.

Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check-In - 1400 hours. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out - 1200 hours. Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy.

Low season: A reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival (hotel local time) to avoid incurring charges. One night's cancellation fees for late cancellation.

Peak season: A reservation must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival (hotel local time) to avoid incurring charges. Full stay cancellation fees for late cancellation.

Child Policy.

Only one child under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category).

Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary (applicable on buffet meals or as per the parent’s meal plan, not on à la carte menu). For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 12 years, meal is at full charge.
