Policies

Guarantee Policy.

25% deposit covering full payment within 07 days from receipt of booking.

50 % to be received 180 days prior to check in date.

25% to be received 91 days prior to check in date.

In the case of last minute bookings, full payment is required to be made at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy.

Full refund of payment will be given if cancellation is received before 181 days prior to check in date.

15% of the whole cruise amount will be charged if cancellation is received from 180 to 121 days prior to check in date.

50% of the whole cruise amount will be charged if cancellation is received 120 to 91 days prior to check in date.

Full amount of the cruise will be charged if cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to check in date.

 

Child Policy.

The Oberoi Zahra is unable to accommodate children under the age of seven (7) as the vessel is not designed for very young children.

There could be safety concerns for very young children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the actions of their children at all times.

Children must occupy a separate cabin which will be charged at the normal rate.

Spa Policy.

The Oberoi Spa is for the exclusive use of our resident guests only.
