Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check in - 2.00 pm Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out - 12.00 pm Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

As per Government rules, guests are required to present proof of identity at the time of check in. This requires an original, government issued photo identification.

 

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

For stays between 23rd December, 2014 and 3rd January, 2015

A non refundable deposit of 10% of the accommodation charges is required to guarantee the booking. The reservation will be moved to a waitlist status in case this non-refundable deposit is not received within 30 days of processing the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy.

Guests are request to cancel reservation within the stipulated period mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.

1st April – 30th September
  • Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
  • One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival.
  • Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
1st October – 31st October
16th November – 20th December
6th January – 12th April
  • Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
  • One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival.
  • Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
1st November – 15th November
21st December – 5th January
  • Reservation must be cancelled 90 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
  • One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival.
  • Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
 

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 12 years age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room. The offer is not applicable on the following dates:
