Safety & Hygiene
We regret that our swimming pool and whirlpool will be closed for renovation until 30th November, 2021. Should any of our resident guests wish to swim during this stay period, we will gladly make arrangements for you at our sister hotel: The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla. Return transfers with our compliments.

As per Government of Himachal Pradesh’s advisory, vaccinated guests visiting Shimla should present their certificate for both doses. All other guests must present either a negative RTPCR report not older than 72 hours or a negative Rapid Antigen Test not older than 24 hours. Also an e-pass issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh is required to enter the state.

We continue to follow the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and in keeping with World Health Organization guidelines, to mitigate the risks associated with the coronavirus.

Jakhoo Hill.

Jakhoo Hill, Shimla
Jakhoo Hill is the highest peak in Shimla city. Standing at 2,438 metres, it offers a different but equally fantastic perspective of the Himalayas to that which can be seen from Wildflower Hall. Jakhoo Hill is also home to an ancient temple and a towering statue of Lord Hanuman, the monkey god; a symbol of unwavering energy and devotion.
