Yoga practice in courtyard at The Oberoi Sukhvilas, Siswan Forest Resort

Our private yoga sessions with a yoga teacher can be tailored to suit any age and level of experience. According to individual or group’s needs, our instructors teach breathing and meditation techniques, yoga postures and Sanskrit mantras to rejuvenate the body and mind.
