The menu at our Chinese rooftop restaurant has been designed by the Michelin star Chef Andrew Wong. It is a culinary symphony that captures the beauty and complexities of Chinese cuisine. From Cantonese to spicy Szechwan; modern dishes from various regions of China, with a special focus on sharing plates. All coupled with our intuitive service to make your dining experience a distinctly Oberoi pleasure.
Especially designed for Baoshuan, the exciting cocktail menu is infused with flavours of the orient; cocktails enhanced by Szechuan tinctures, Chinese five-spice mix, shiso, kumquat, crushed cardamom and sesame oil. Baoshuan has indoor and al fresco dining. There is also a private dining room with seating for up to ten guests.
