Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-In - 14:00 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out - 12:00 Hours Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Child Policy

Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on the following dates:

Child Meal Policy

Breakfast in restaurant and buffet meals for children aged up to six are complimentary. For children aged six to twelve, buffet meals are charged at 50% of the parent's meal rate. Meals for children above twelve are charged at full price. À la carte meals and In-Room Dining orders will be charged as per the menu.
