All the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts are using technology to minimise contact with Contactless Technology, whether it is for guests checking in or checking out of the hotel or for dining in the restaurants or in their rooms.

The hotel is reopening while prioritising the health and wellbeing of the guests and colleagues with exacting standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Apart from this, the hotel has assured that they have used the last few months to implement extraordinary measures, in keeping with the WHO and Government issued guidelines, to further enhance hygiene and safety standards. Moreover, they have also partnered with Bureau Veritas, the world leader in testing, inspection and certification services, to validate and review the measures adopted at their end.

Furthermore, the fleet of hotel owned and operated cars are thoroughly sanitised before and after each trip. The accompanying chauffeurs, like all employees, have guest safety and wellbeing as their highest priority. The team is meticulously sanitises their hands, and wear disposable gloves and face masks at all times. They also have their body temperatures checked daily before starting work.
