80 Years of Independent India
On 15th August, 2026, India commemorates eight decades of Independence. The national celebrations begin at the historic Red Fort, where the Prime Minister hoists the Indian tricolour before addressing the nation. Accompanied by ceremonial displays from the armed forces and attended by thousands of citizens and visitors, the occasion is a powerful tribute to India's history, resilience and progress.
