      ASMI bodywork promotes renewal through touch. Each experience, imparted by expert hands, uses time-honoured techniques to reawaken the body’s natural rhythms and opens the door to long-term wellbeing.

      Our restaurant and in-room dining menus feature dishes crafted with ASMI principles, for exceptional culinary experiences with a quiet emphasis on your wellbeing.       By breathing with awareness, you can gain mastery over your reactions to stressful situations, and tap into mental and physical peace. Guided breathwork helps calm a busy mind, quieten the ‘noise’ within and amplify inner silence.

      Mindfulness

      I am mindfulness that cultivates clarity and presence.

      Mindfulness includes dharana (centring) and dhyana (meditation). Be it guided visualisation, breath control or body scanning, meditation helps reconnect aspects of the mental and physical self, and stimulates a more peaceful state of conscious being.
