    Terms and Conditions
    • Room rates are valid till 07th September 2025 subject to availability of rooms in the block.
    • All reservations will need to guaranteed with 100% advance payment at the time of processing the reservation.
    • All non-guaranteed reservations will be released on 07th September 2025.
    • The standard check in time of the hotel is 14:00 hrs and chekcout time is 12:00 hrs.
    • For arrivals before 09:00 hrs, rooms would need to be held form a day prior for a guaranteed check in on arrival.
    • For arrivals between 09:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs, a half day charge would be applicable for a guaranteed early check in on arrival
    • For late checkout between 12:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs, a 25% charge would be applicable.
    • For late checkout between 16:01 hrs and 18:00 hrs, a half day charge would be applicable.
    • For late checkout post 18:00 hrs, a full day charge would be applicable.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Reservations can be cancelled till 07th September 2025 without any penalty.
    • Any cancellations or reductions in the length of stay between 08th September and 07th October, a 50% penalty would be applicable.
    • Any cancellations or reductions in the length of stay starting 08th October, a 100% penalty would be applicable.
