    Terms and Conditions
    • These special rates will be applicable only till 18th November, 2025. Post this date all reservation requests will be offered the Best Available Rate.
    • All reservations would need to be guaranteed by a credit card. All cards will be validated by the hotel.
    • Double occupancy will be at an additional supplement of INR 1500 plus taxes

    Check in and Check out policy:

    • The check-in time of the hotel is 14:00 hrs. For arrivals prior to 09:00 hrs, you are required to reserve your room from the night prior. For arrivals between 09:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs, a confirmed check-in would be at a 50% charge.
    • The checkout time of the hotel is 12:00 hrs. Late check-out can be extended till 18:00 hrs at a 50% charge. Beyond 18:00 hrs it would be at a full-day charge.
    • Airport Pickup/Drop in Chauffeur driven “Mercedes E class” can be arranged at an additional charge of INR 13,000+ 18% tax per way by the hotel. Please contact our reservation team at Groups.tond@oberoihotels.com

    Payment terms:

    • A payment link for 100% room charges will be sent to you by Groups.tond@oberoihotels.com after you have reserved your reservation via this link.

    Cancellation policy:

    • Non-refundable, 100% penalty will be application in case of cancellation or no show.
