Policies

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-In - 14.00 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out - 12.00 Hours Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Guarantee & Payment Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card. Invoice can also be settled by bank transfer to the hotel's bank account.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 1st July to 31st August and 22nd December to 6th January

  • One night's accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival.
  • 100% of total accommodation charged from initial period of stay will be applied for early departures and no shows.

For stays between 1st September to 21st December and 7th January to 30th June

  • One night's accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled between 4 and 7 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival.
  • 100% of total accommodation charged from initial period of stay will be applied for early departures and no shows.

Child Policy

  • One child under 12 years can stay in the parent's room. A child's bed is provided at no additional charge.
  • Two children up to 12 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be provided in the same room at no additional charge.
  • Interconnecting bedroom is also available. If two children up to12 years are staying in separate room from their parents, the children room will be 50% of the parent's room. This family plan offer is applicable when staying in Luxury Lanai Garden View Rooms only, and not valid during peak season periods from 1st July to 31st August and 22nd December to 6th January
  • For a child above 12 years, a separate room will be required and chargeable at full rate ( An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age )
