    Immerse yourself in a journey to wellness with an Asmi stay experience at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Resort & Spa, Siswan Forest, New Chandigarh. Asmi, meaning I am in Sanskrit, is our unique philosophy of wellbeing rooted in ancient Indian traditions and shaped by modern science. By exploring the interconnected relationships between movement, nutrition, bodywork, breathwork and mindfulness, Asmi by Oberoi helps you discover ways of being more present and in tune with your authentic self.

    Offer Inclusions

    • Accommodation for a minimum of 2 nights.
    • Two 60-minute bodywork sessions, once during the stay at INR 10,000 (plus taxes) each.
    • Two meals per day from the Asmi menu in Anant Mahal restaurant at INR 1250 (plus taxes) per person.
    • One complementary group movement session.
    • Two complementary 45-minute mindfulness sessions, once during the stay.
