The fine-dining Indian coastal restaurant, amaranta, boasts a stylish, chic private dining room for up to ten people, while threesixtyone° has a spectacular red and gold-adorned private dining room for up to twelve.

Choose from the restaurant carte or design a bespoke menu in collaboration with the chefs. Enjoy flawless service from a team of dedicated waiting staff.

Corporate Events

The Ballroom and Grand Ballroom are spectacular venues for art shows, award ceremonies, car launches and high profile events.

All aspects of planning, organisation and implementation can be entrusted to our team of sensitive, intuitive staff, who are experienced in managing large events of world class standards.

The hotel also has state-of-the-art meeting rooms. Each room is smartly-furnished, equipped with modern technologies and brightly-lit through large windows that overlook reflection pools.

Grand Ballroom

A key feature of the Grand Ballroom is its 8 foot (2.4 metre) wide entrance, suitable for cars being shown at car launches.

It can be used in its entirety or divided into three separate halls. As a whole, it can hold up to 650 people seated and 1000 standing.

When divided, Kailash and Shivalik Halls span 1700 square feet (158 square metres) each and can hold up to 120 people seated. Devagiri Hall covers 1850 square feet (172 square metres) and can seat up to 200 people. Each hall has its own guest and service entrance. There is also a naturally-lit pre-function area for food and beverages.

Ballroom

The Ballroom covers 2450 square feet (228 square metres), features 21 foot (6.4 metre) high ceilings and can hold up to 200 people standing, or 150 seated. It can be used in its entirety, or divided into two halls with a soundproof divider.

This room is elegantly decorated with gold silk wall panels, gold-leaf painted features and tiled with creamy Italian marble flooring. It is lit by modern crystal chandeliers and through glass doors fitted with adjustable, slatted blinds for full light, half light or total blackout.

Business Centre

The Business Centre holds two six-seater meeting rooms, two eight-seater meeting rooms and a Board Room for up to sixteen people.

Each is elegantly fitted with creamy marble floor tiles and hand tufted carpets, furnished with ivory leather chairs around a polished teak table, and adorned with ivory silk wall panels. Large windows afford natural light and views of azure reflection pools.
