    Begawe: A Communal Dining in the Herb Garden

    In the Sasak language of Lombok, Begawe means a communal gathering, a celebration of togetherness. Inspired by this tradition, Chef Ansel Rodrigues and his team invite you to an unforgettable dining experience amidst our vibrant herb garden.

    Savour a seven-course culinary journey across the Indonesian archipelago, where every dish is enriched with spices, stories, and herbs freshly picked from the garden. Rooted in heritage and elevated by creativity, this communal table is more than a meal, it is a celebration of culture, connection, and the bounty of the land.

    • Timings: Every Sunday at 7:00 pm.
    • Price: IDR 1,400,000 per person (sharing basis, minimum four guests). Limited seating available; advance reservation is required
      This venue can also be booked for a private experience with minimum two guests; please contact our Concierge. Price: IDR 2,500,000 per person.
