La Medersa Ben Youssef is one of Marrakech’s most iconic historical landmarks. This 14th-century Islamic college is renowned for its exquisite Andalusian-Arabic architecture, intricate stucco detailing, and finely carved cedar wood. Once a centre of learning for hundreds of theology students, it now welcomes visitors to explore its peaceful courtyard and richly adorned interiors. Ouzoud is a collection of waterfalls that meet together, to spill into the El-Abid river gorge. Standing at 110-metre high, these are the second largest falls in Africa. You can access the foot of the falls along a path shaded by olive trees. while At the summit, a number of mills (Ouzoud means: to grind grain, in the Berber language) can be found.
