Policies.

Arrival and Departure Policy.

Arrival time is 03:00 pm and departure time is 12:00 noon. Early and immediate availability can only be guaranteed by reserving the previous night at applicable room rate.

Late check out until 06:00 pm is charged at 50% of the applicable room rate upon availability. Departures after 06:00 pm are chargeable at full applicable room rate.

If late checkout is requested by the guest directly while in property the public rate will apply and additional cost will be charged to him upon departure.

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Child Policy.

One child up to 12 years of age and an infant up to 03 years can stay in the parents’ room. A baby crib and child’s bed will be provided at no additional charge.

For two children up to 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the best available rate.

If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the best available rate.

Dress Code

Our dress code during the day is casual and for the evening it is smart casual. Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long trousers and shirts with sleeves and closed shoes in the evening. Shorts, swimwear and flip flops may not be worn in the Restaurant or Bar after 6.00 p.m.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted in outdoor dining areas of the restaurants and bar. All indoor dining areas will be non-smoking.
