Policies.

Arrival and Departure Policy.

Arrival time is 03:00 pm and departure time is 12:00 noon. Early and immediate availability can only be guaranteed by reserving the previous night at applicable room rate.

Late check out until 06:00 pm is charged at 50% of the applicable room rate upon availability. Departures after 06:00 pm are chargeable at full applicable room rate.

If late checkout is requested by the guest directly while in property the public rate will apply and additional cost will be charged to him upon departure.

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 12 years of age can be accommodated in the parent's room, with one extra bed at no additional charge.

Should they require an additional room the same can be offered at a 50 percent discount on the rate charged for the parent's room rate, subject to adequate availability of the room in the same category.

Request for extra bed should be made at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

If a child/children is/are above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age).

Any exception to this needs to be approved by the General Manager.

Child Meal Policy

Meals for children aged up to 6 are complimentary when dining from the restaurant buffet.

For children aged 6 to 12, meals are charged at 50% of the parent's meal plan rate.

Meals for children above 12 years of age are charged at full price.

À la carte meals and In-Room Dining orders will be charged as per the menu.

Extra Bed Policy

One extra bed can be provided at no additional charge to accommodate a child below the age of 12 years.

Extra bed provided for any other reason and on approval of the General Manager should be charged at a minimum of 30 percent of the room rate subject to a maximum of INR 7500 plus taxes. This rate will be EP or CP as the case is for the room.

Supplement Meal Policy

In case of an additional person in the room, the meal supplement will be the same as what is being charged to the other occupants of the room.

Dress Code

Our dress code during the day is casual and for the evening it is smart casual. Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long trousers and shirts with sleeves and closed shoes in the evening. Shorts, swimwear and flip flops may not be worn in the Restaurant or Bar after 6.00 p.m.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted in outdoor dining areas of the restaurants and bar. All indoor dining areas will be non-smoking.
