Policies.

Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check in - 14:00 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out - 12 Noon Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Mandatory Meal Supplement.

Mandatory meal supplement is applicable for stays on Christmas Eve, 24th December and New Year Eve, 31st December.

Cancellation Policy.

Guests are requested to cancel reservations within the stipulated period as per the hotel policy. A no-show or late cancellation received shall invite retention including taxes as applicable. The credit card that was authorised while making the reservation will be charged.

As the cancellation policy may differ for some rate offers and room categories from the hotel’s standard cancellation policy, kindly review them carefully while making the reservation.

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 12 years age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on the following dates:

Child Meal Policy.

Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary (applicable on buffet meals or as per the parent’s meal plan, not on à la carte menu). For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 12 years, meal is at full charge.

Jungle Drive Policy.

Guests are requested to carry their original passport (or Indian driving licence) with them at the time of the Jungle drive. These are mandatory for entry into the National Park.

We recommend booking at the earliest. Majority of bookings are done muchin advance and only very limited seats are made available 24 hours prior on first cum first serve basis. Any booking requests later than that are only on the basis of any last minute cancellation received by the forest department.
