Widely regarded as one of Madina's most prestigious five-star hotels, it was frequently chosen by guests seeking an exceptional stay in proximity to the Prophet's Mosque, with direct views of the holy site from guestrooms. The hotel offered 330 rooms across multiple room categories, three on-site restaurants, spa services, a fully equipped health club, meeting rooms, and multilingual staff— all designed to meet the needs of an international guest base travelling for one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives.
