    Sunset Blessing at Petitenget Temple

    Founded in the 15th century, the Petitenget Temple has an interesting legend. Petitenget means a sacred box, and according to legend, a travelling priest carrying a sacred chest urged the shrine to be constructed to ward off evil spirits. The presence of this sanctuary is now said to give the surrounding locale of Seminyak a particularly tranquil atmosphere.

    With this experience, our guests can enjoy a guided short drive to the nearby Petitenget Temple, followed by a private blessing ceremony with the temple priest and an engaging tour with a local expert.
