Policies.

Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check-In - 14.00 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out - 12.00 Hours Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

 

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card. Invoice can also be settled by bank transfer to the hotel's bank account.

 

Cancellation Policy.

For stays between 1st July to 31st August and 24th December to 3rd January

One night's accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival.

100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival.

100% of total accommodation charged from initial period of stay will be applied for early departures and no shows.

For stays between 1st September to 23rd December and 4th January to 30th June

One night accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled between 4 to 7 days prior to arrival

100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival.

100% of total accommodation charged from initial period of stay will be applied for early departures and no shows.

 

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category).

50% discount on 2nd room offer is not applicable during peak seasons. i.e. from 1st to 31st August and from 23rd December to January 2nd.

Child Meal Policy.

Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary (applicable on buffet meals or as per the parent’s meal plan, not on à la carte menu). For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 12 years, meal is at full charge.

 

Spa Policy.

The Oberoi Spa is for the exclusive use of our resident guests only.
